We nearly booked at the Phoenix (next door) because the rates were a little cheaper, however, we got what we paid for at Romar House! While all the neighboring complexes were full and beaches were crowded, Romar House was quiet (we almost never had to share the elevator or wait long for it) and the beach was spacious with much more room to spread out when compared to other complexes. The pools were also never crowded or loud. We spent several days by pool when the ocean was riddled with seaweed & jellyfish. The workout area was super clean and also never crowded. It was very nice and clean! The beds were also comfortable. The wonderful part about the Romar House is that it doesn’t have as many units as other places do, which helps keep the beach less crowed. The gym has also been renovated and has everything you need while on vacation from cardio to weights! The condo was very spacious for our crew of 5 adults. The air conditioner works wonderfully, as we like to keep it very cool inside so we were extremely happy with that plus the extra box fans were so nice! The pool and grounds were well kept. Great location, beautiful beach front views and easy beach access.
