In the back off balcony there is a swampy area where you can see turtles and alligator so neat. It is off the road so you are like secluded it is nice and quiet. Large balcony. A/C was cold. Never ran out of hot water even with 6 of us showering. We took a canopy to the beach a few days and rented an umbrella and two chairs from Ike’s (right on beach, they set up)a couple of days. Much easier renting than taking a canopy. Posted on 7/16/2019 ### Great location, clean, exceeded expectations (5/5 stars) Condo and pool were clean and well maintained. Beds were fairly comfortable, everything worked (TV, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc). They provided plenty of towels but make sure you pack hand soap for the bathrooms. There wasn’t any when we got there. Walking distance to restaurants and easy 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s also Close to Walmart and Publix for groceries. An added bonus was the turtles and the small alligators in the back. Don’t worry, they only popped their heads up in the water on the days it rained and they were scared of people. - Aimee R.
