The only downside was the pull out mattress. It was not a good mattress, but the couch actually worked fine. Two adults each in two rooms and the kids shared a bed. We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The grill is at the pool so we had to cook our steaks there. The beach is a short walk, but once on the beach- you have to walk a while because resort people get the places in front of romar. We also had to cross a busy street to get there, but the traffic was very responsive to the red lights which ended up being fine.
