The rooms are bigger and more roomy than they appear in the pics. Check in/out is seamless. Everything we needed for the 3 nights were there. All furniture looks and feels brand new. Very comfortable beds. The balcony is very roomy and brand new furniture with 2 captain seats, 2 bench style seats, high table, and 2 lounge chairs with end tables. Cleanest place I have been to in years. Kitchen is fully stocked. Keurig combo pot/K-cups was perfect for my coffee fiend wife. The showers, oh my God, best pressure EVER. Beach and pool access are literally steps away from you stepping off the elevator. Up to date furnishings and the balcony was great. It is right on the beach…all you have to do is take the elevator down and the walkway to the beach is maybe 30-40 yards. The only problem was the condo next door had a big slide in their pool area and my 3 year old grandson couldn’t understand why he couldn’t go over and play and swim over there. 😬😂We all felt very safe and had no problems at all. We cooked several meals and of course it’s not like your kitchen at home but we had everything we needed related to utensils and cookware. Be sure to bring trash bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels and paper plates. The washer and dryer are the smaller stackable kind but worked fine. The entrance to the parking lot is right at a stoplight… so if heavy traffic it can be tricky. Hands down the best condo we have rented. Super clean, spacious bedrooms kitchen and living space, comfortable beds as well as living area furniture. We loved having the balcony access from both living area as well as Master bedroom. Liquid Life contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Although the pool is not heated, kids enjoyed it. There is a TV in every room! The only things requiring attention are changing/cleaning the shower curtain liners that were coated with mildew and adding ceiling fans to all bedrooms. My husband owns a carpet, tile/grout cleaning company. He noticed the carpets and tiles hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while. The check in & check out process was fantastic.
