I did have a complaint of a broken glass dresser, reported and they said they would send maintaince out. That never happened and was very broken that my toddler grab a piece of glass and it fell and cut his foot, thankfully i came prepared with skin glue. We also had a sick kiddo and had a vomiting episode mid sleep and no sheets to replace them. And last no broom at all.
