One of the chairs on the balcony was cracked, the screw in the shower handle in the bedroom was loose so the water wouldn’t turn on so I tightened it by hand and it worked fine and the shower head in the bedroom was loose also so when we turned the water on it leaked till I tightened it by hand. The location couldn’t have been better and the walk out to the beach from the building was short. It’s adjacency to the state park meant lighter crowds on the beach. Just a short drive to the heart of Gulf Shores and the various restaurants & shops, and a short drive in the other direction to Orange Beach. This condo building is at the end of the row of condos so that makes the beach less crowded which is a plus. Only complaint is that both bathrooms have an incredibly loud exhaust fan that automatically turns on and you can't hear anything else outside of the bathroom once that is on. Not great if you're trying to talk with someone or keep an ear on your kids. Liquid life was great about getting a maintiance guy out quickly but he replaced the batteries and they did not work. Had to have locksmith come out to get us in. we had to stand outside for 3 1/2 hrs. I have had a stroke and can not stand very long. It was very difficult for me. Also we were charged for parking but being handicapped could never get parking under cover during the storm that week and could not park under the owners parking. I think I should be refunded for some of the trouble that I went through. Especially the parking fees. Normally I am not a complainer but this was very hard on me being handicapped in the hurricane and not being able to cancel my trip. Thanks in advance for your help. (5/5 stars) This property was a perfect size for my family of 4!! The ocean view was amazing! Although it was Spring Break, the area was not crowded at all! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and heated indoor pool. It was breezy outside so the outdoor pool was too cold. There is construction nearby but it didn't bother us. (5/5 stars) We really enjoyed our rental. It was right on the beach and next to the state park, so the beach wasn't crowded. The beds were comfortable. The pots and pans for cooking were great.
