We do a lot of fishing so being so close to the pier was great! The one thing I would do to make the stay better would have 2 counter height stools on the balcony instead of just one so you and your spouse could sit and see over the balcony. Location is perfect - property is adjacent to Gulf Shores State Park, so you get wonderful views and nothing but beach on that side of the property. It was perfect for me and my wife, but might be small for a larger family. If a pool is your thing, probably not a great choice; however, if you want a nice, clean condo with a great location and amazing views, this is it. Only complaint is that we had smokers on both sides of us, so we couldn't enjoy the balcony as much as we would have liked. Not the property's fault, but apparently, smoking is still a thing in this part of the country or perhaps we just got unlucky.
