Very clean and it was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls enjoyed the bunk beds even the trundle bed one night. Great access to the beach and great location. It was so clean, there was even flyers on the beds saying the beds were inspected. I highly recommend this condo. The location was also great, secluded, not alot of people. I do think a different coffee table and kitchen table would be better for families with smaller kids. Our time at this unit offered everything that we wanted from a golf shores vacation. Waking up and having a direct view of the ocean and the beach was a wonderful way to start each day.
