It could have used a really good cleaning as the air vents on the ceiling in bathrooms, bedroom, and laundry closet were very dusty and moldy. The condo is also located next to the elevators. This seemed convenient but please note that the bedrooms are located on the exterior wall and the noise from people getting on and off the elevator as well as the elevator in general can be heard from the bedrooms. It was spacious enough for my best friend and I to not feel like we were on top of each other; we especially enjoyed being able to spread out in the evenings in the living area. The balcony is huge and has a fantastic view of the beach which we loved for our morning coffee chats and evening unwind time. You have to walk along the main road and cross it to get to the beach, but it’s a short walk and it never got too busy. Speaking of the beach, it seemed like a perfect location. It got busy at times, but it never felt too crowded which was really nice. The pool access was great, too, although there are no umbrellas or any areas of shade until way later on in the day.
