The condo was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The large balcony was awesome. The beach access was convenient, and the pool was a big hit, especially with the kids. The hot tub was a great place to unwind. We would happily stay here again. One small suggestion: the dining table area could use a bit more lighting, especially for playing board games in the evenings. (5/5 stars) Great location 3/4 miles from town. Spotless upon arrival and no issues at all. Have used LLV before and they have been nice to work with. The unit was perfect for the 6 of us. Nicely outfitted kitchen with all you need. The unit is on the NW corner of the building with quick access via the stairway right by your reserved parking space. Plenty of beach stuff comes with the unit. 6 chairs,2 boogie boards, 1 umbrella, 1 beach wagon plus various toys! The whole property was well kept from the litter free parking lot to clean hallways and stairwells. The room was spacious and very clean. I really like that the complex is small so the beach area for the complex was not full people. The pool was great my kids loved it. You do get a small view of the ocean off the deck which is fantastic. The place looks exactly like the photos. We only had 6 guests and everyone had their own bed it was perfect. I do believe there was an air mattress in the closet so there is plenty of sleeping arrangements. The beach is fantastic outside of the place perfect with a little bit lower traffic but still people to meet around. Tenants of the building were very friendly almost all midwestern’s so we fit right in. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, fully furnished, clean, and spacious. We don’t dine out on vacation typically. The kitchen was fully furnished and had plenty of storage for all our cooking needs. The condo is steps away from the beach, making it easy to tow beach necessities back and forth. The pool/hot tub and perfect for children/families with plenty of seating for everyone. This condo is described as a two bedroom, but I would consider the bunk bed space to be considered a third bedroom. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The condo was well outfitted with all that we needed for a great trip. There was a little confusion about the parking passes and how parking works on site, but it did not ultimately present a problem. Communication with the property manager was excellent and a quick phone call resolved all questions and issues that came up. We would definitely stay at this property again for its ease of access to the beach, as well as a great pool to refresh yourself before turning it in after a long fun day. - Jacob Posted on 7/8/2024 ### (5/5 stars) The condo is beautiful and a great location.The living room balcony overlooks the pool & the beach is literally 5 min from the front door.We also especially liked the room darkening shades in the bedrooms.The bunk room is significantly larger than the pictures depict, with a double on double bunk bed.Also located right next to the stairs, so it was very easy access and nice not to have to wait for an elevator every time.The only negatives were being able to hear the people above us. We were able to hear every time someone was walking around. Super thin flooring. It’s really only an issue is you’re a light sleeper.The second negative is the lack of toilet paper. It was a bummer as, the last few Airbnb’s we stayed at had plenty in stock, so it wasn’t even on our radar to grab some when we were at the store. Didn’t realize til we were completely out and had to make a second trip to the store.
