It was our first time staying at Seachase and we enjoyed the pools, especially the infinity pool and the shorter walk across the boardwalk to the beach. With beach houses to the immediate west of the property it is not nearly as congested in the beach area as many of the other condos are. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. There were several minor maintenance issues that we passed on but they did not require immediate attention (i.e. broken ceiling fan, burned out light bulb in master closet, missing knob on one kitchen cabinet, etc). We would recommend this place and would go there again.
