This unit had a door to the balcony from the main room and also from the primary bedroom. I contacted the Property ahead of time and received the address for the secondary location to pick up keys because I could not find that information in any of the communication sent prior to our arrival on a Sunday afternoon - which required access to a lock box to pick up parking passes and building codes. Plenty of parking, several grocery store options close by. Ice maker in the freezer was available and along with several beach chairs provided for our use. Please clean the dry lint trap. It was overflowing into the duct work. Check out time was 10am. Cleaning crew arrived at 9am, hoping to get a head start. The location was close to everything in the heart of Orange Beach. The pool and beach are so close and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. It could use an upgrade with the door lock as you have to stand on one foot and hold your mouth a certain way to unlock the door, but we figured it out and had a lovely stay. The only complaint I had was that the tennis courts in this complex are not an option for use. The fences are collapsed and the nets are torn down. This was actually one of the deciding factors that i used to determine where I wanted to stay so I was disappointed in the fact that we could not play tennis here. In the end I was still glad I did, the price was so good compared to others and the beach was so nice and so close it is still well worth it. Close to dining/etc..etc.. Overall just a very good stay. We did have to leave a day early in preparation for the storm coming as we were just there yesterday (8/28/2021), but that is just hte nature of the beast. Would definitely stay here again!
