Beds were comfy and condo was clean. There were a couple miner issues but weren’t a big deal and communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond back. The space was perfect for our family of 5, view was nice, and location is ideal, close enough to stores for essentials, while the property feels private and not too crowded. We were just a little bit surprised by the lack of some basic supplies; they provide very little toilet paper, no hand soap, had a somewhat random assortment of pots and pans (and no teaspoon)-- appointed more like a hotel than other vacation rentals we've used. With that being said, they were up front about what they provide in the listing- just maybe take inventory upon arrival before going shopping for longer stays! The condo was very clean which immediately put me at ease. The view of the ocean was great. We enjoyed the indoor pool and used the fitness center. Every time we got in the elevator my kids mentioned how good it smelled inside. The property is very well maintained. We arrived two hours before check in but we were able to arrange an early check in which was nice. My three year old had a blow out in one of the beds. I emailed the staff about it and they responded quickly and kindly. We would definitely stay here again and in the exact same unit. My only suggestion would be to get a cutting board for the kitchen. The condo was clean and organized with every thing we needed. You will need extra trash bags and toilet paper so prepare for that. Plenty of space and my kids loved the games! The whole process was easy. Our beautiful condo faced the Gulf. The balcony was so big and perfect to eat on or watch the beach and pool. The beds were super comfy and everything was clean.
