Any questions I asked were answered right away before booking the property.Checking in, the door code wouldn’t work. That was a little bit of a hassle but all I had to do was call and they fixed it right away. The place was more spacious than I anticipated. It was very clean! The beds were nice and comfortable. The location perfect. We have three kids 17, 13, and 3 and they all enjoyed the property and it fit us all great. We chose to walk to the restaurants because the weather was beautiful and there were a lot that were less than a mile away. You could also see the pier from the balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. ONLY bad thing about this property is there are only two elevators. With everyone having beach wagons or carts to carry things, you could sometimes wait a bit for the elevators. Overall 10/10 would recommend. I am convinced the issue was with my children and not the lock itself. Once I spoke with someone, after hours, the issue was resolved within minutes. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! I always have trouble sleeping away from home, but not here! I slept really well. The kitchen was well stocked. All appliances worked well. On the other hand, I probably will not book another stay because of the elevators. The elevator wait time is way too long and then to top that off my husband got stuck in the elevator for an hour and a half, and had to be pulled out by a rope. It got brushed off like it was nothing. It was very traumatizing to him. From getting on the elevator on the 10th floor it going up to the 17th floor and then falling to the eighth floor and then falling again. Once we arrived the door code didn’t work so we called and got in but that code stopped working. They sent the maintenance guy over immediately and the issue was resolved. No biggie. The room with the bunk beds was really tiny and my two teens had a hard time sleeping in there. It looks much bigger in the photos but still doable, the pool was a let down. Don’t bother unless you have tiny kids and go to the kiddie area. These are tiny issues that will determine if we stay there again only because my kids are older. The location was perfect though. Right on the beach, a market across the street. Sea and Suds next door was great. Walking distance to The Hangout. We had a great time and would recommend this place. Three different afternoons men were painting our balcony, pest service came to spray, then fire extinguisher and railing inspectors came by too. The a/c worked well and the unit was clean and in good repair. It was very nice to have a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. We loved the easy access to Sea and Suds restaurant and the fact that we were within walking distance to so many other fun places (the Pink Pony and The Hangout among them). The market across the street had most of what we needed like an extra beach umbrella, sunglasses, snacks, etc. The elevator situation for these condos is not good -- two tiny elevators for lots of people hauling lots of stuff to and from the beach -- but most of the time we bit the bullet and took the stairs up or down (easy for the grandkids, not so easy for the grandparents, but it was great exercise to work off the mimosas and margaritas). - Doris K.
