Unit was clean except for the hallway. Two young grand children crawling in the hallway had black hands, knees, and feet. The convenience of the luggage carts leaves behind a lot of dirt when brought into the unit. The front door door jam needs repair. Overall we had a great time. We were only steps from the elevators and Great Views of the Gulf from the balcony. Would definitely stay at this unit again. The ocean view was amazing, it was very clean, and several restaurants & shops were within walking distance. The building only has 2 elevators, which made wait times long. In the amenities, the condo listed hair dryers (I have a screen shot of it), but there are no working hair dryers at the condo. Liquid life did not provide one when I called (on multiple occasions). I was told on 2 occasions someone would get back to me, but I did not receive any communication, unless I initiated it. This may not seem like a big deal, but when 3 women staying at the resort did not bring hair dryers because we thought they were provided, it was very frustrating, especially when you are told they will get back to you, and they don't. - Jen P.
