I addressed it with a Liquid Life Cleaning member that was cleaning the condo next to ours. He was very kind and apologetic, but said no one would be able to reclean the floors until we checked out. We wore socks or flip flops the rest of the time. Annoying, but doable! The refrigerator keeps getting mentioned in EVERY REVIEW!! IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!! We brought VERY little and it was not properly chillled for almost 2 days on max setting. Please just spend the little bit of money to preserve people's food! The sliding glass door in the master bedroom had been ripped off and just propped up with a screw so it didn't appear broken with just a glance. I also immediately the crew know this so we weren't blamed for it. It was disappointing to no be able to use the balcony entrance from the master, but we survived! All that said......Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
