Especially with little kids, the kiddie pool and being right on the beach were very nice. Our only issue was the floor tiles need to be deep cleaned. Our 11 month old is crawling and after less than 30 minutes of him crawling around his feet and hands were extremely dirty. Unit was cleean, the started kit with TP, papertowels, etc was provided. Kitchen was stuffed with all the needed utensil, pots, dishes, all were in very good/new condition. Kids bunkbeds were good size for 2 kids to sleep in each bed. It definitely helped having washer and drier in the condo, we used it daily. We had an issue with elevators not working properly one day, which was no fault of the owners, but Liquid Life rep was quick to respond to text messages and reached to HOA on our behalf. It was fixed later that day and we had no issues for the rest of the stay. The property grounds were clean and well maintained, we saw worke every morning cleaning pool, pathway, sidewalks. There is a beach toys share box in the garage where peoleave toys, boards, etc for others to use. We were walking distance to Hangout and other shops. The property was clean and organized. The corner room was perfect with the extra window. We could see the ocean and also down the road to Orange Beach. The only downfall I can mention is that property wasn't as stocked with items as in the past. For example, typically there are board games, extra blankets, extra kitchen wash cloths and such. I found myself buying items I haven't had to in the past. The couches were very grubby and held up with plywood under the cushions. Also, the tv remote for the living room was missing and we could only get cable troubleshooted on the master bedroom TV. Despite those issues - it was definitely a great choice! The view from the balcony was awesome to wake up to every morning. We saw dolphins jumping and a beautiful rainbow. Seawind 1501 was nicely decorated, clean, and had a great view of the ocean. This was a great area to stay with family, not too crowded, not too much traffic, restaurants were not too long of a wait. A few things that could have been better...the pool was very small for the side of the condo, and the pool definitely needed renovations. The elevators in the condo were small, hot, and not enough of them to handle the amount of people staying there. Beach service was excellent, however, people are allowed to set up tents, etc in front of you when you have paid top dollar to have beach service. Having the restaurant Sea and Suds, right next to us, was a plus. Overall, we would stay again.
