The kitchen was fully stocked. The washer was awesome the dryer took a few tries to get to dry the clothes fully. Beds were so comfortable. The amenities were all great. Beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Being right on the beach and daily service to set up 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was awesome!The only issue was the building only has 2 elevators for 20 floors so peak times during the morning crowds heading to the beach and early evening as people heading home for dinner made catching an elevator difficult. It was common to 15-20 minutes for an elevator with room to ride. The bedding was phenomenal! The bed covers were so nice we had to look the company up to see about getting the same for our home! The condo is equipped with everything you need as to kitchen items, extra bedding, toys for the beach and beach chairs, books, and games! Communication was fast and efficient. Checkout was easy! No big long instructions -just take out the trash and adjust the thermostat! Condo is right on the beach with balcony and full beach and ocean view-just beautiful ! We had our grandchildren and the property has a kids pool fountain area, which was perfect for the grandchildren -they loved it. The condo is in a great location in Gulf Shores along the main drag -so everywhere is walkable. We obviously picked it hoping the pictures were accurate (we’ve been down 3 times and had issues with that). The pictures didn’t do it justice, it was such a wonderful stay. The beach is perfect in true Gulf Shores fashion. From the elevator to the beach is maybe a 60 second walk before you’re walking on the beach. I booked it for my honeymoon and when we walked in there was a bottle of champagne and a card waiting for us. We also got a list from Laura of all the good places to eat, instructions for travel, basically everything a 21&23 year old might struggle with on their own. I cannot speak highly enough of the communication and personal touches Laura left for us. We were amazed to be so taken care of. As for the condo, it was breathtaking. Being on the 18th floor was amazing. You’re at an angle so you can see the sand and beach as well as the street and city life. We love people watching and this was the perfect condo for it! They kept us up to date on everything before hand and during our stay. Everything overall was great and we will definitely be back.on a side note- nothing to do with the condo itself but the building only had 1 working elevator the whole week, which was a nightmare for the size of the condo. For the whole week, we wait hours total to use the elevator. What a pain! Sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee & in the evenings after dinner, was perfect. We all slept well on the beds. The kitchen was well equipped. It would be nice to have a couple of cabinets empty for renters to be able to put their groceries away. I always have to reorganize the condos we rent for this reason. The pool situation is disappointing but we do enjoy the beach. Seawind is just so close to restaurants, it’s hard to beat. Our whole family of 20 will be back in May 2026, renting 5 condos. The condo was exactly as described; wish it had been a tad more affordable, but all in all, it was a great place for us as a family. Two things stood out; lots of tech gear and electronics for phones, USB, chargers, etc - Bose Bluetooth speakers were especially nice to have available. The management company was very responsive.Although the kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware, I would have preferred there had been a supply of coffee filters. I used paper towels instead. The cleanliness of the baby pool could have been much better. The condo was very nice and worked perfectly for us. Loved it was next Door to sea n suds. Management was very proactive in reaching out to us making sure everything was as we needed it and it was.
