Located in a small, private building makes it so private and easy to access. The parking lot always had a ton of space, it was super close to the building, and felt very safe. The unit has a private elevator code to get up to it and you have the entire floor to yourself! Massive balcony across the entire back of the building with stunning views. The inside was large and spacious and very clean and tidy. Simple “starter” amenities were provided, but if you’re staying long, you’ll need more toilet paper, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. The swimming pool and splash pad on site were a great amenity with a baby in tow. For the price, this place is a must go and a steal! Had a question about check in and called the number and someone answered and handled my question immediately! So it is very private with a huge balcony to enjoy the ocean view. You are also just steps from the beach. It also has indoor/ outdoor pool. This property sits right next to Sea and Suds, a great little beach restaurant with good seafood.
