The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there\'s a convenient grilling area. PARKING The price of one parking pass is included in your total. To purchase a 2nd pass, please contact our office before arrival CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations. ------------------------------ ## Reviews ### (5/5 stars) What a view! We had a couple of guests who almost never left the unit, and instead sat on the balcony or in the living room, watching the waves and enjoying the breezes. The place was clean, well-kept, and I found it well-appointed with cooking necessities. It's a short walk (15 minutes) to the "main drag" including favorites like The Hangout and Gulf Island Grill, shopping, Dollar Tree, etc., and sits adjacent from Sea & Suds (great oysters on the half shell and drinks on the deck). The unit is on the 4th floor, so that's a huge bonus when you find you need to take the stairs...Which brings me to the only downside and a short warning to elderly or infirm guests: expect to wait a looooong time for an empty elevator to take you to/from your room if you're trying to use them at the common check-in/check-out times. I can't fault the actual unit for the problem, which is why I'm still giving 5 stars, but between the hours of perhaps 8a-10a and 4p-6p, you shouldn't be surprised if you have to wait 20-40 minutes for an elevator that you can finally cram into. We got around it by using the staircases at either end of the building, but it's not ideal for someone who will actually *needs* an elevator in the morning or late afternoon hours! - Tod Posted on 8/6/2026 ### We stayed in Seawind 407 for 3 weeks and had the absolute best experience! (5/5 stars) Liquid Life was great to work with. Easy to check in/out, great communication and instruction. Our condo was very clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect with many walkable restaurants close by that we enjoyed. The splash pad for the kids was great, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be back!
