The beds were harder than we'd like and there were tv remotes missing and some broken things that needed to be fixed, but we let the management company know and they said they'd fix everything for the next guests. Posted on 6/27/2022 ### Great place, not great customer service (4/5 stars) I and three friends stayed at this property a few weeks ago, and while it was a cute, well-decorated spot with a great view of the beach and easy access to it, the customer service was not great. They give you a "starter pack" including a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, no hand soap, and one dishwasher pod for any number of days and any number of people staying there (it fits up to 8). We were not excessive consumers by any means, but we did cook a lot in the apartment so we used dishes. We used the dishwasher pod on the second night, and called The customer service number the next day to request one more pod so we could start the dishwasher when we left. Not only was the answer no (in fact, "it's not going to happen"), but the person my friend spoke to was incredibly rude. We ended up buying more toilet paper and hacking a way to run the dishwasher when we left. If we weren't as resourceful and intelligent as we are, we might have caused a whole big headache for them with dish soap in the dishwasher - something they might need to anticipate if they're going to be as rigid as they were in the future.
