It was clean and well maintained. We had a group of 8 ranging in ages from 5-50. It was a little tight but we knew it would feel that way with two rambunctious boys. We truly enjoyed it. Great access to the beach, the pools, splash pad, and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, a keurig, blender, and regular coffee pot. The laundry room has some beach chairs you can use. All the fixtures were of good quality as well. We had no noise issues. It’s close and within walking distance to The Hangout, Parlour Doughnuts, and several other shops. Parking is tight if you’re in a larger vehicle but it wasn’t awful. The only issue we had at all was we were missing a broom. I messaged them and it was brought to our condo within a couple hours so it wasn’t really an issue at all.
