The day before we left KY I received a text about the parking garage going under construction. There was a lot of noise sitting at the pool from the parking garage. Which I had asked weeks before we booked if there were any planned construction being done. Of course at that time it hadn't been scheduled I guess. The elevators were slow due to said construction but nothing that we couldn't wait for. The grills were completely uprooted and replaced and we were told they would be ready by end of week in which I had bought steaks to grill and ended up throwing $30 worth of meat in the trash because they weren't ready. Bummer! Communication was great the entire time. There are a couple small suggestions I would like to make to the owners of things I think would be a nice touch for guests but nothing that was actually NEEDED. I would definitely book this condo and with this owner again. I am not picky but can only afford a once per year vacay like this so I do like to at least get what I pay for. Please let someone know the maintenance guy Steve was AMAZING and so kind and helpful! He definitely deserves good pay and a good raise! Thanks for having us.
