The property is clean and very easy access to shopping and restaurants. The only concern we have had is the parking attendants. They were rude more than once over simple questions. My daughter happen to have a college friend in town at the same time. She wanted to stay the night. When I went to ask him about a 1 night pass he said she can park across the street. When I said o it’s just 1 night and there’s plenty of parking could we help her out for 1 night, he said no he would just have it towed. It was just the way they spoke to us a few times coming in and out 1st day or 2. This particular unit is on the 2nd floor overlooking the lawn instead of pool and we enjoyed that… it felt quieter and a little more private ! There was live music at the pool several nights during our stay and that was a bonus ! The condo was absolutely the best. It was very clean annd had everything you needed. We loved that the balcony overlooked a lawn instead of a swimming pool. We were steps from the beach so kids loved it. It was very quiet and peaceful for spring break.
