The balcony is big and roomy, great for early morning coffee and ocean waves, and late afternoon "where do you want to go" dinner huddles. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. We had all age groups with us and so it was easy and quick for those that could only handle small amounts of sand and sun, to get back to the condo. Owner communication is excellent.
