Needed another parking tag. They got it to us quickly for another 58 dollars. Pools outside were great. Inside pool a little strong on the chlorine. If anything the toliet paper that was left was a half a roll on each bathroom rollers for 6 people, for 6 nights and 7 days maybe short. So bring some. And the toliet seat in the main bathroom has a crack in it and when sit on it you got pinched. It was a little shocking in the middle of the first night. And dishwasher detergent they give you 2, that maybe needs kicked up to 4 for a long period. Other than that it was perfect! Beds/linens were clean, and the overall unit was pretty clean. The kitchen is VERY well stocked, although it desperately needs some organization. AC worked great, shower pressure was wonderful, and I LOVED the master bath shower. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, plus a small bottle of dishwashing soap, sponge, laundry tab, and dishwasher tab provided in the kitchen — which was a nice touch, as many condos don't even provide this. Checking in could not have been easier — they text the door code to you when it's ready. Unit 502 cons:The floors were a bit dirty upon arrival. The kids are little country bumpkins and immediately kicked their shoes off — within ten minutes we noticed their feet were completely black. I understand keeping the floors spotless is impossible at the beach, but I was a bit surprised to see how dirty they got so quick. It honestly didn't really bother me (boy mom) but it's worth mentioning since the owners undoubtedly pay good money for a cleaning service. The dishwasher seems to be wheezing along, and the toilets (after flushing) run with a high pitched sound for a strangely long time. VERY minor cons in my opinion! Our feet were black on the bottom after walking barefoot. We called to have them cleaned but it didn't help. Also no hand/body soap in condo. So after 7 hrs of travel- hadto go buy soap right away to wash hands/face. If you rent an umbrella and chairs on the beach- other people set their umbrellas and chairs up in front of you which is aggravating when you pay $130 for an umbrella and two chairs for 4 days and then your view of the ocean is blocked and you have to walk around everything to get to the water. First time we've stayed at an oceanfront condo that's been allowed. The access to the pools, beach etc was easy and convenient. The property couldn't have been cleaner. A big concern now with Covid. The condo had all the kitchen gadgets you needed. Management was great. Did not use the pool or whirlpool. Only issue was no private WIFI, the property management was quick response when I asked to have the WIFI checked out. (5/5 stars) The unit is exactly as promised. It had everything we needed and more. Great view! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. The communication with Liquid Life wasn’t what I expected for a professional company. I had to request check in and check our procedures, as well as other pertinent information. They were very lax in giving me check in procedures and then just ignored my check out question. I guess I could have called, but I like documentation. Please don’t let that dissuade you from renting this great condo, just be forewarned that you’ll have to request the information (that they say they will send 7 days prior to arrival). - Jennifer S. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Summerchase many times and never had any problems, but this time we had some maintenance issues. WiFi didn’t work most of the time, television was out most of the time, hurricane shutters closed automatically, towel rack fell,off the wall, freezer was leaking, no blankets in unit, tv remote did not work in one of bedrooms when tv was working.
