We were a family of 4 adults, a toddler and baby. Didn’t need to communicate with the host, but they gave very clear instructions for everything. The view is amazing from the balcony and the master bedroom. The boardwalk is to side of the building and very easy to find a nice spot in the beach. Water pressure in the shower is top notch, though if the other shower is in use the hot water does run out pretty quick. The master walk-in shower is very large and convenient for washing up after a beach day, note that a lot of water spills out on the floor, so it gets very slippery even with a towel down. Didn’t cook this trip but seems to have the basics available. Beds are comfy and linens were clean. My only recommendation would be to do ship lap or some type of wall protection by the front door so you can add hooks without ruining the drywall with wet items. The tub was slow to drain and the mattress on one of the full size beds dipped in the middle.
