To purchase a 2nd pass, you must contact our office before arrival CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest. MONTHLY RENTALS The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. The unit is absolutely perfect for 2 adult couples looking for a hassle-free beach escape.I loved the couches here since they are both leather and push-button recline. Everything in the unit was very clean and in working order. The kitchen was better than my kitchen at home. The 2 king beds were extremely comfortable. Loved that the secondary bedroom and bathroom alcove had a sliding door to make it on-suite. Since it was 2 couples, it made it so easy to pick rooms since they were equal in comfort and privacy. Honestly, all the furniture in this unit was so comfortable and solid.The unit is located on the 2nd floor which provided a nice beach view but also easy stairwell access so we didn't need to wait for the elevator. The Sunswept complex is an older building but is well maintained. The onsite manager, Sherry, was very cheerful and pleasant. I didn't interact with the unit owner, Murray, at all since everything was perfect. The beach was easily accessible, clean. They had an rental attendant sitting right at our complex for us to rent chairs and umbrellas. So we walked up, payed, and sat down for all-day relaxation. - Cheri M. The room is on the second floor , very close to the stairs no need to wait for the elevators. The beach is a few steps away and at night we enjoyed listening to the ocean sitting on the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only thing we found wrong was that some of the lights did not work in the living room and the windows in the bedroom facing the ocean don’t open.
