They were able to get us in Sunswept unit 203 that day🤯 The complex is older but it is updated, well kept & clean. It is right on the beach with minimal crowds even on a holiday weekend because there's only 64 units in the building. The large complexes next to us were 4 deep with rows of chairs & we were right on the water. The condo was perfect for us! It's 2 bedrooms with 2 baths, ample living space & tons of seating. We enjoyed the view from the balcony & loved watching the dolphins play in the morning. The pool is enormous with more than enough space to swim laps. There is a WalMart & Rouse's directly across the street. The public beach access is no longer public which seemed to cut down on the number of people on the beach front. The outlets in the condo were a little concerning as non of our chargers stayed in them and one behind the master bedroom bed was hanging out of the wall. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Be prepared to bring your own dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towel as there was not enough for us. The washer and dryer was amazing and worked well, just be sure to bring laundry soap and dryer sheets. Overall this place was great for us and we will be back! We've never stayed on a floor this low and there was some noise from the pool during the day but the onsite security kept it quiet after 10pm and we were never disturbed. We have stayed in this condo for the last 13 years. Previously rented from Coastal Properties. Accommodations were adequate. A much needed update and repairs is needed. After the first day one wall of outlets in the kitchen stopped working. Luckily my husband (an electrical engr.) was able to fix it. Toilet in master bath was stopped up when we arrived. We also had to fix.None of the lamps in living room had burned out bulbs. One of the dining chairs that was broken was never replaced. The main reason we like this condo is the ground floor access to pool and beach. We were unable to get access to the internet for the first day. Maybe the router has to be checked or upgraded. If there was a negative, it is that the A/C unit in the outside wall and the A/C blower in the master bedroom are very loud. Everything else was perfect. It is close to restaurants, groceries etc. The management team is nothing less than great. Also the site is right across the street from shopping and restaurants - very easy to just walk across and pick up that one item you need. We usually stay on the beach either in Florida or South Carolina. This was by far the best. Location was great. Right on the beach where we wanted. Grocery store right across the street but yet very quiet location. Very close to great places to eat and shop. Very clean. Condo had everything we needed.
