I never even heard voices coming from the neighbors, only the occasional door. Only hiccup was beach access gate quit working but maintenance was quick to prop it open to allow access. In the evening there was a security person checking the gate and keeping the area safe. Plenty of parking on site and they have nice carts to help with hauling items. There are a lot of kids staying here with their families so it is noisy early in the morning and it seems people don’t have a care in the world about talking loud or yelling to each other from balconies late at night or early in the morning before 8am. That was our only frustration. If we return we will get a unit up higher that 3rd floor. Again the property was kept up very well, pool was always crystal clear. - David L. This condo was perfect for that. We enjoyed our coffee while sitting on the balcony with the waves right beside us. Condo was as described. The management called me the day prior to arriving about their office closing the day I was to arrive. They let me know I could check in early if I wanted because the condo had been vacant.
