We did not hear anybody from surrounding condos. There was a list of restaurants in the area, I would’ve liked to see a list of owners favorite restaurants in the area. No roads to cross, just a short boardwalk ramp right onto the beach. So nice to sit on our balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. 4th floor was perfect. Having a private bathroom for the bedroom was nice. Kitchen was everything you could want. The code entry in and out of the pool and beach area made it feel safe. Two elevators meant no long waits to go up and down to the condo and beach. Free parking was great. The sand was so white and the beach was not crowded even on the 4th of July. It was within a short walking distance of Wal-Mart, Rouse's Market, and many restaurants and shops. Other activities we did were go-carts and riding a pirate ship for 1.5 hours. Many other boating experiences and parasailing offered close-by. It was the perfect spot for a couple who just wants to chill on the beach for a while. Walmart and liquor stores are walkable. The beach is literally downstairs.
