The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, making it easy to dine in whenever you\'d like.

The primary bedroom features a King bed and a private full bathroom, creating a comfortable retreat after a day spent enjoying the Gulf Coast. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations, while the convenient half bathroom offers extra comfort for guests.

PARKING
The price of one parking pass is included in your total. To purchase a 2nd pass, you must contact our office before arrival 

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements. 

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

This place is exactly as described.  No issues and a beautiful view.  No waiting on elevators.  The pool was big enough that we old people could float in one end and the kids played at the other.  This place could definitely use an update on the furnishings, but the bed was big and comfortable.

Sunswept is perfect for couples or families, easy beach access, the pool area is well maintained and big enough for adults to relax but still have plenty of room for kids to splash around. 405 is clean and has a very inviting feel, almost nostalgic but all of the appliances are new and the mattress was very comfortable! Perfect for a quick getaway with your person! We’ll be back later this summer!

We were able to check in an hour earlier. Condo is a little outdated with the decor, couch not very comfortable, but whi wants to stay in doors with the ocean steps away. Only complaint No Blow drier. I wish I had known to bring one, other than that I would rent again!

We love staying at sun-swept. This was our 9th or 10th time. We love the view, hearing the ocean through our own balcony sliders, in the space is perfect for a getaway, especially as we like to cook our own meals we appreciate the kitchen. The pool was pristine, parking convenient and beach access perfect. The only downside was other guests smoking on their balconies near us so we had to actually close our sliders on occasion to keep the stench out of our condo.
