Very clean and well organized and the perfect amount of space for my girls retreat. If you're bringing little ones, I had my 10 month old and he could crawl around and explore without me feeling like he was breaking things or getting into too much danger. I just brought a few outlet covers and that was the extent of my "baby proofing" the place. The BEST part was the digital guidebook that got texted to me before we arrived.
