We had a perfect view of the sunset each evening from the balcony! - Lindsey Posted on 8/15/2026 ### (5/5 stars) This condo looks just like the pictures! It's beautiful and spacious!! We had family of 7 and 2 kiddos! It was perfect! Clean and such pretty decor!!! I'd highly recommend!! The lazy river was so much fun! There are comments about the refrigerator and we see that the door needs adjusted so the flap in between the 2 French doors works appropriately. Easy fix!!We didn't have any issues! Everyone had a great trip! - Wendi Posted on 8/8/2026 ### (5/5 stars) View was awesome - Joel W. W. Posted on 6/17/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Beautiful views and beautiful place. Very clean! - Julie Posted on 5/13/2026 ### (5/5 stars) It was a million dollar view from this property! The balcony was very large with lots of room for the three kids to play and there was plenty of chairs for the adults. We ate many of our meals out there!! Befrooms were great with a bathroom attached to each room. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river with the kids. The beach was terrific - beautiful white sand! Elevators were really fast considering there are 32 floors. Carts were on every floor for us to haul our stuff from the vehicle to the room and vice versa - that was a great perk! Communication from property manager prior to check-in and check-out was great - we never had any questions or had to contact them. It was hard to leave - we'll definitely be back! - Verified traveler Posted on 4/19/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Property was perfect and we will definitely book this particular condo again. Checkout was 10am but the code changed before 9. Luckily one of us was still in the condo, but other than that no complaints! Great place! - Staci Posted on 9/14/2025 ### (5/5 stars) It was great! The beach is spectacular. The condo was clean and easy to move around in. Easily able to host people from ages 85-3 easily. Kitchen had a few essential items missing such as cutting boards but other than that the kitchen was easy to use for daily meals. - Robin Posted on 5/24/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Great location and very spacious. Convenient to all the places to eat and shop in Orange Beach. Love the corner balcony and views. Lots of room for a larger family event. - Steven Posted on 4/18/2025 ### It is all it advertised! Posted on 10/19/2024 ### (5/5 stars) Communication was fluid! The only recommendation I have is more cooking pots and at least 1 more large skillet! The lazy River was so much fun and a great way to meet new people.Add the adult pool chairs in the water and the comfortable lounge chairs to top off the AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT THIS CONDO AND THE COMPLEX as a whole!I highly recommend 1501 and hope to come back. - Sandi Posted on 9/28/2024 ### Beautiful Condo (5/5 stars) This condo was beautiful and just as listed. We really enjoyed our stay even with a hurricane. - Elizabeth Posted on 9/18/2024 ### Labor Day Vacay (5/5 stars) We had an awesome stay (minus a few rainy days). The condo itself is perfect for an extended family vacation. The condo had all the amenities we needed (minus a few things that we ordered from the grocery). The view of this condo was amazing! The rooms were spacious and living quarters was perfect! And then the balcony was a hit! Liquid life was so easy to work with and very quick communication! Only downfall is I think the pools could use a good cleaning-the only con I would say! - katie Posted on 9/2/2024 ### (5/5 stars) This place was amazing for our family vacation. Everyone loved it. - Jarvis Posted on 7/19/2024 ### Family Vacay for the 4th (5/5 stars) The property was very clean and very nice. The perfect location and so much to do on site. Beach was amazing - Lisa Posted on 3/23/2024 ### Beautiful; amazing views (5/5 stars) We stayed here with another family for our seniors’ spring break. There were 6 of us and we had so much room, with 4.5 baths, which was nice after a beach day. The view was amazing; we spent lots of time on the balcony. Plenty of supplies. Check in and check out were simple and the parking lot and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean too! - Nikki Posted on 3/16/2024 ### Msimtensnce (5/5 stars) Never had light bulbs replaced in master after we requested. - Anonymous Posted on 6/10/2023 ### Msimtensnce (5/5 stars) Never had light bulbs replaced in master after we requested. - William C. It was a beautiful place and the view of the Gulf was amazing. Our children loved the indoor pool as it was too chilly to swim in the outdoor pool. A wonderful place! My only issue was that the floors are not cleaned properly or the cleaning items leave the floors sticky. Otherwise everything was wonderful. - Jennifer H. Posted on 1/2/2023 ### Beautiful condo! However, the elevators were unfortunately as bad as all the other reviews stated. 1 out of the 6 elevators was not functional during our stay. Also, make sure to bring your own bath towels as there were very few hand towels and wash rags per bedroom. We also ended up buying hand soap for every bathroom in the unit as there was none and that was a bit aggravating. Finally obviously July was an extremely popular time to go as the lazy river and beach were packed… overall beautiful unit and it worked for our family this year, but next year we will look for a house to avoid the crowds. - Anonymous Posted on 7/25/2022 ### Five Star Condo (5/5 stars) This was the perfect condo for our family! I love that all 4 bedrooms had either a King size bed or 2 queens instead of bunk beds like so many other condos. Each bedroom also had a nice sized bathroom and a 1/2 bath in the hallway. This condo is huge so there is plenty of room to spread out. The outside deck on this corner unit is also big. It also has a large pantry to put all your drinks and snacks in. The only complaint I would have would be the elevators on the date we checked in. The majority of people were checking in the same day so the carts were hard to find and catching an elevator was almost impossible but the rest of the week we had no problem. For those interested in working out, there is a gym on the same floor. I had planned on working out but didn't so I can't review the gym. I would definitely recommend this condo! You won't be disappointed! - Anonymous Posted on 7/21/2022 ### Five Star Condo (5/5 stars) This was the perfect condo for our family! Our first step through the door took our breath away. This condo is beautifully decorated, with a perfect layout, had everything we needed, and was exceptionally clean. There was plenty to do for our kids, and we had perfect weather. It was truly everything we needed during a stressful time. Our only complaint was the $70 parking fee we didn't anticipate. - Anonymous Posted on 5/19/2022 ### Orange Beach Family Vacation (4/5 stars) Our family has been going to orange beach for years, this property is a great place to take your family. - Anonymous Posted on 5/19/2022 ### Great time and Great Views (5/5 stars) Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. All the amenities we needed. - Anonymous Posted on 4/21/2022 ### Family and Friends (5/5 stars) The pictures doesn't do justice for this beautiful property. Clean, quite, and AMAZING views. Plenty of space for family and friends and little grandchildren crawl and play games. Enjoyed a couple nights of grilling out then sitting out on our high balcony. Coffee pot quit working, sent a text out and wishing 2 hours a new coffee pot was delivered to our door. Never had an issue of communication. - Anonymous Posted on 4/18/2022 ### Wonderful (5/5 stars) This condo is beautiful. All the amenities we needed. - nicole f. So spacious and great location! All beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. - alyssa p. Posted on 10/18/2021 ### Perfect for large group vacation (5/5 stars) We went for a 4 couple vacation and the condo was perfect. It was huge with great amenities. The view was breathtaking and we had plenty of space for all the guests. The only suggestion we would make were better pillows for the beds and some extra blankets. It tended to fet chilly some and we needed those blankets. - Kym r. Posted on 9/27/2021 ### Nice digs!
