It was surprisingly chilly most of the week, but the heated pool and hot tubs kept the kids busy until it warmed up. They loved the basketball/pickball courts too. The first thing we had issues with parking should let people know that a parking pass is needed and the cost should be included in the price so no suprises and having to wait till office opens at 9. If you do not put into the car by 10 AM you get a boot and cost of 195 and up. The view was wonderful can not discribe have to see it. Screen door was off track, only 4 outside chairs for 6 guests does not work well. Need to let folks know about if they do jot have chairs, an unbrella they do rent them for the day. Washing machine and dryer a little out dated, some of the pictures had damage from other guests running into them. Decor was not too bad. It was a little humid when the temperature was high. Loved the ice machine. Beds very comfortable and having 4 bathrooms a plus. (5/5 stars) My family and I had the best time! The place was clean and the sheets were fresh. There were more than enough clean towels and ample space for the whole family. Each family even had their own restrooms. The view was amazing from the 27th floor. The place had just about everything we needed. The check in and check out process was extremely easy as it was via texting. They even texted back immediately when I had a question. The only downfall was waiting so long for elevators the first day, as it was a high volume day. We also played pickleball and the courts were new and beautiful. They had a huge indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river with a slide, a splash pad, hot tubs and a sauna on different floors and a beautiful fitness room. Overall, they had so much to do for the whole family, we didn't even leave the place. Love the easy beach access, lazy river and water slide, and the location that is convenient to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and even Perdido restaurants and adventures. Unfortunately, the floors were never mopped before we occupied the space. I was bare footed and my feet were filthy and sand granules were on my feet. The apartment also needs to be patched and painted in many areas. There was on dining room chair missing and one had a loose/almost broken front leg. The primary bedroom bed had a huge inundation on one side and so the king bed became a queen size bed. The kitchen was clean and all the kitchen ware was very clean. The ice maker and large refrigerator were a nice addition. The walls had large chunks taken out of them. It must be time for a paint job and updates. The screen and some of the patio furniture was broken and in need or replacement or repair. Loved the view! We did have some banging every morning for several hours starting at 8:00 but nothing like the jackhammer we had before we were moved to this unit. The large master bathroom was a nice plus!
