Our family of five includes two college students and one high school student so we loved all the extra space in this large condo and especially all of the bathrooms! We found the kitchen to be well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. This was our first time in this particular condo, but our second time staying at The Oasis and one of the things we love most is being able to park on the same level as our condo. It makes loading and unloading so easy. My kids love Pickleball and it’s so nice to play right there next to the beach, then walk to the snack bar, grab some nachos and a smoothie before jumping in the pool or lazy river. The beach is lovely there and we’ve never had any trouble getting a great spot. There’s plenty of beach chairs around the pools with many shaded areas as well. The new adults only (21) pool is fantastic and the new bar serving there is great. For younger families, there’s also a new splash pad, along with the existing pool and lazy river with slide. There is also a new little market next to the pools that sells gift shop items, clothing and anything you may have forgotten like sunscreen or beach toys. Very convenient to have right on-site. Check-in couldn’t have been easier. We received a code for the door via text the day before and because we arrived late at night, just had to stop at the lobby desk in the morning to pick up our parking pass and wristbands. WiFi was good in the condo but cell service is very spotty.

This was the first time our grandsons had been to the beach and everything was perfect! Condo was clean and beautiful when we arrived. We did have to push the reset button on the hot water heater the first night to have hot water but no problems after that. We love Oasis at the Beach and will return again!

Booking was so easy! Checking in was super easy. Checking out was easy. Everything was so nice and very very accommodating. The ice machine at the wet bar was a huge plus for us water drinkers. The showers never ran out of hot water. The house was so huge everyone had space, which is a huge plus for me with 3 kids that LOVE their space. The cafe down on floor one was so good. The bar was a plus. The pools were super clean. The area for pool and beach "stuff" was a huge plus. And everyone stored we noticed. Nobody complained about stuff going missing. The beach was clean and absolutely beautiful. Me and my husband walked it at sunset and sunrise and enjoyed it so very much. The only thing i could attempt to complain about would be the elevators being clogged between 4 and 6. Theres 6 and EVERYONE uses them at the same time. But if you work around them times, its golden.

Beautiful beachfront condo! I traveled with 7 family members and we all had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, and Pam and John were quick to answer any questions. As with most condos, parking is limited and is extra money. But since we went in the off season, there were plenty of spaces.

Loved the condo - very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Clean. Only issue encountered was the florescent light in the kitchen needs replaced. Hard to see while cooking. Kitchen area very dim. Light never reached a full glow. When I read the reviews, I noted that the same issue has been reported before. I would certainly rent this same condo again. Please fix the light - that is the only suggestion I have. Thanks

This was a great stay with two families with young children! The lazy river and slide were a huge hit for everyone. The accommodations were perfect. We loved being able to store all of our beach and pool items right outside of our door and the kids loved burning off some energy in the large open area right outside of the condo. We had other family members staying in the unit just next door which was super convenient. The only negative comment is that there was a long wait for the elevators at certain times of the day. Otherwise it was a great stay We would love to come back!

My family and I had a great stay at this property last week. The accommodations were great and we had everything we needed. The dishwasher detergent dispenser cup wouldn’t stay closed but I’m sure there is a quick fix for that. Everything was clean and beautiful inside condo. Things to be aware of about the building that the owners have no control over: 1) cell service with Verizon is horrible around the building so you will need to connected to Wi-Fi, and 2) power will sporadically go out in various places throughout the building but they were pretty quick to get it back on (prop mgmt says it is a problem for various buildings nearby and they are trying to remedy the issue).

We are glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo. I will check on dishwasher pod door. You never called and told me about it or I would have checked while you were there. Yes cell service is spotty in such a large building. Yes the power has gone off in Phoenix West 2 a couple of times due to temperatures being over 100 and 100% high humidity. The power company has been extremely fast to respond and reset whatever they have to do to get the power back on.

I loved the condo....I would love to have seen brighter colors in the bedrooms and more "beach" decor....the one bedroom to the left as you enter condo was very dark...I think it needed to be brighter and "beachier" BUT I did love the location and the size; also the bulbs in the kitchen and bedrooms need to be a bit brighter, especially in the kitchen...other than that...it was PERFECT.....WOULD DEF STAY THERE AGAIN and the management/owner was very easy to contact and fast to respond.

We had the best time! The care that Pam and John put into their property is impeccable. There were 13 of us ranging from 1 year to 70 years. There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking supplies right down to baking pans. It’s the little things for me like the fridge with ice and water in the door as well as the additional ice maker. That’s not something you typically see in a rental condo and was so beneficial. The location was ideal! We loved being able to park on the same floor as the condo. We had a beautiful view of the gulf and even saw some dolphins early in the morning before the beach goers came out. We’ve already talked about renting again for future vacations. Thank you!!

I'm so sorry about the tennis courts as we were told they would be open in April and I know supplies are hard to get with covid backups and hurricane backups. I will call the new association and ask about the tennis courts and why they are not open. Again I apologize as everyone is doing their best to recover from first covid then Hurricane Sally and then the freak hail storm that we had just a few weeks ago. The damage from the hail storm may be the reason that the tennis courts are closed and I will definitely check

Love the condo. I took my son and 2 of his friends to the beach for a quick last minute trip before school started. Condo has good quality beach themed furnishings. We traveled with my two daughters and their families. There were 5 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 6-11. The unit were beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were set up wonderfully and the common areas were large enough to accommodate everyone. My husband and I enjoyed the unit to ourselves while the kids were swimming or playing at the beach. The Orange Beach Area is a favorite of ours. There is so much to do as a family and the kids had a blast. We had a golf outing, a dolphin cruise, a fishing trip, played put-put and arcade games, rode go carts, went shopping-all within 15 minutes of the condo. The area has great restaurants, the kids especially like the Sunliner Diner (best banana split ever). There was something to do for everyone. Plan on coming back to do the things we didn't get a chance to do this time.

We just got back home a couple days ago from our stay in this condo and the trip couldn't have been better. The condo's location on the sixth floor is so convenient as you don't have to deal with the elevators when unpacking the car or coming and going from the complex. The sixth floor also proved very useful one day when a storm rolled in and the line for the elevator was extremely long. Instead of waiting, we found the staircase and made it up to our floor long before we otherwise would have. The condo itself was perfect with every kitchen item we could need, very comfortable beds, and great furnishings. We brought a crowd along and never did someone not have a seat. When we arrived on the first day, the master bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and the condo owner had someone out to fix it within 24 hours (on a Sunday!). I highly recommend renting a condo from Pam. She's an excellent owner. We will definitely be back.

Loved the up-to-date condo with easy access to parking on the 6th floor. John and and Pam were amazing to work with and we were able to check in earlier than promised. We enjoyed our vacation at the Phoenix west II and will be back again. The elevator lines can get pretty long at peak times, lunch and dinner time when everybody is heading up from the beach/ pool to get ready. Overall the stay at pw2 was relaxing for the adults and fun for the kids!

We absolutely loved our large, spacious 6th floor beach condo. The two master suites make it perfect for two families to split. The third bedroom with three queens provided all the kids with plenty of room. The wet bar with ice maker was spectacular and filled quickly! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including a crockpot. There is plenty of seating with the large balcony & dining room tables, plus plenty of living room seating. Parking on the same level in the garage is a huge bonus. Not to mention on a rainy day there is a huge enclosed area for the kids to play in right outside the condo door also. The large, heated indoor pool is fabulous for spring break weather (note: the outdoor pool and lazy river are not heated). PW2 is a large, family condo building located in the heart of Orange Beach close to stores, restaurants, & entertainment. You will not be disappointed booking this condo. We cannot wait to return next year.

Your home away from home! This condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed while away from home..... We vacation at Phoenix West II every October with a party of 7, and I can be pretty picky when it comes to looking for a condo.... One of those "picky" items is the furniture on the balcony.... I want to make sure there are enough chairs for all of us to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings..... This is one of the best for outdoor furniture! And let me mention power strips - they had power strips attached to the beds so you had plenty of outlets to plug in your phones, iPads, etc at night! No looking for plugs - they are right at your fingertips! The bunk beds were a first for us and my 12 year old grandson loved them! If you have kids coming with you - I can assure you this will be a hit! Beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing!

The space was large and beautifully appointed. There was plenty of room for our family. I loved waking up and being able to open the balcony door to hear the morning waves. We have come to Orange Beach for Spring Break 4 years now and this was the best condo hands down. So much space for 2 families and great location. We have stayed in 4 different buildings and really enjoyed Phoenix West 11...although the weather was cold and we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool and lazy river, it was a great place to stay. Pam is great to work with and I will definitely contact her for our next visit to the area and give friends her contact information...she has many condos in multiple buildings to find exactly what you are looking for during your stay and will make sure she has something that will fit your budget. Absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was completely stocked, not a single thing missing that you would need. We cooked every day and having all that we needed was great. The third bedroom with bunk beds was so much fun for the kids.There is plenty of room for two families and the view was just great. I can not think of a single negative thing to say. We have stayed in Orange Beach several times and this way by far the best condo. Perfect setting for 2 families - plenty of seating and sleeping arrangements. When we first pulled into town and saw the building, we were concerned it would be loud and overly crowded. That was not the case at all. Each floor has fewer units than you would think and being on the 6th floor with same level parking was more than a convenient perk. The unit had a "dorm style" room that fit all 4 young adults very comfortably - they loved it. Traveling with two families can be difficult sometimes, but the size of this space was huge and we could all spread out and enjoy everything that was offered. Having the ice machine and wet bar made life easier too. In the evenings, we could sit out on the patio and enjoy the ocean view and a glass of wine without being bombarded with loud neighbors. The layout was perfect. The lazy river was something we didn't think we would even use, but after a few days in direct sun and sand, we spent late afternoons under the shade of the building and really enjoyed the lazy river. Our kids ranged from 14-21 and they all made use of the amenities that were easily accessible. Hot tubs, indoor pool, slide, beach volleyball, tennis, and the easy beach access kept them fully entertained. After heading out and fighting crowded lines for restaurants, we realized our condo was perfect for cooking in or even ordering pizza delivery. Grocery stores and everything you need is so close and convenient. We had a great vacation and would recommend this condo to anyone, and we actually have. We are keeping Pam's contact in hopes to return in the future.

Yes I agree that the 6th floor is a major plus as you can park on the 6th floor and when you sit on the balcony it is not too high nor too low so you can enjoy the Gulf views and sounds after a long day at the Beach. We just came back from staying Saturday thru Thursday. What a great place. So clean and everything we needed for a family stay. We brought our entire family, six adults, two teens, and four children ages 5 down to 18 months. The rooms and amenities were fantastic. It is sometimes hard to really tell just by the pictures, but this condo exceeded our highest expectations. Being able to park on the same floor as our room was an added perk. The huge area outside the room was great when the kids needed a place to run and play. Our family decided to embark on a full family vacation with our married children and our wonderful grandchildren. It was wonderful to have the three bedrooms with bathrooms! Our one daughter who doesn't have kids was scared with all the noise that little people can make, but she made the comment "this was the best place we have ever stayed!" Our family of 5 adults and 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The beds were heavenly and the 4th bathroom was very convenient. The condo was well appointed and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Pam responded immediately to a problem with the air conditioner and the problem was fixed. The large living room/dining room was a great place to gather and visit. Also really appreciated the extra ice machine for taking drinks down to the pool and beach. Being able to park on the 6th floor and walk to the condo without using stairs or elevator was definitely a plus. We returned on Saturday, after a week in this lovely condo! It met our needs for sleeping, which is our primary consideration. The queen bunk as well as a third queen bed was a perfect room for our grandchildren. Also love the 4th bathroom. Grandsons used the hall bath, granddaughters had the bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The two king rooms had very comfortable mattresses. We all slept well. The kids all LOVE the lazy river and slide. We grandparents especially like the fact that the lazy river runs under a corner of the building, where picnic tables and chaise lounges are available. I am heat intolerant, so being able to be in the shade and also enjoying the kids was a big plus for me. TV's were all great, kitchen was well stocked. No complaints of any sort. And, a special thanks to Pam for working out a parking problem we had. She responded immediately to our call, and worked out something for us quickly. We will definitely stay again!

Three families stayed in this condo unit for 7 days and fun times were had by all!!! Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom with an extra bathroom for kids and visiting guests. The unit was very comfortable, accommodating, convenient, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed. The parking was very nice to have on the same floor as our condo unit. The elevators were never a problem, nor did we ever have to wait on them. The kids and adults LOVED the lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool, indoor pool, splash pad, and beach!!! The beach was well taken care of, and not crowed. The extra ice maker came in very handy. The condo unit was very centrally located to everything. We will definitely return to Orange Beach, Alabama as well as this very same condo unit.

We enjoyed rented chairs on the beach, really close parking to the condo on the 6th floor, and very nice beds and arrangements for the comfort of hanging out watching tv. This is my first review ever. I felt I owed it to all the VRBO users to tell you about this awesome condo! I've been to the Gulf for many, many years and this is by far the nicest and largest condo unit I have ever stayed in. Most condo units with 3 bedrooms have twin beds in the third bedroom and only have 3 baths. Our party included three couples so we wanted 3 bedrooms with king/queen size accommodations--this condo was perfect. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 3 couples and the extra bathroom in the common area was a plus. The balcony is the largest one I've ever experienced with the capability to serve dinner for 6 on it plus enough room for a chaise lounge and 4 additional chairs. Phoenix West II has it all--indoor/outdoor pools, hottubs on multiple floors, lazy river, slide in the pool, water fountains from the floor for the little ones--and a beautiful ocean only steps away. The parking deck goes up to the 6th Floor, which is so convenient. The day of departure it was storming and we were able to load up without getting wet! Pam was a delight to work with. We will be back!

My family rented this unit over Spring Break 2015! We have been coming to the Gulf for four years now...this unit and building is by far the best on the beach! My family rented this condo for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of our time. This was the first time we used VRBO and the experience with Pam was wonderful. The condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. The condo was beautifully furnished with everything you would need during your stay. My son and his now wife, were married during our stay and we held the reception at the condo it was perfect! The amenities were fabulous and the beach was beautiful. This was a great place to stay! I have never used vrbo.com before and was a little nervous about it, but Pam took the time to answer all my questions and was very helpful. It was nice not having to check in at the front desk, just going straight to the unit. Our deposit was returned to us in just a few days after leaving. The unit itself was great and Pam even checked in with us personally to make sure we didn't need anything. There were 3 families, 12 of us, staying in this unit. The queen bunk beds were perfect for us. The unit had everything we needed. The PW2 is a great place to stay. Our kids ranged from ages 2 - 18. No one was ever bored, lots to do here. There is a huge lobby outside of the condo door. The kids used it as there own personal indoor soccer field. Great on a rainy day. I used the exercise room- very nice I must say!! I will definitely remember this condo unit the next time we visit Gulf Shores!

This unit has it all. The kitchen was fully stocked, same floor access to parking garage, extremely comfortable mattress, amazing view of the lazy river, pool and beach. The 6th floor is perfect to see over buildings to the west but definitely not to high to watch your family at the pool. Blankets, towels and furniture were also wonderful. Giant TVs are a nice extra. A must for me is good water pressure in the shower and this unit has that as well. We will be back to stay in this unit!!! Thanks for letting us rent your wonderful piece of paradise on the beach.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this unit in February. The beds are amazing and are more comfortable than what I have at home. It was amazing to watch TV on such a large screen. My boss always told me that when you travel you should try and stay a place that is nicer than your home. Well this condo certainly accomplishes that. Being able to park on the same floor as the unit was really nice. It was to cold to use the outdoor pool and lazy river but the indoor pool did just fine. This unit will be great in the summer as it overlooks the lazy river and is low enough that I will be able to watch my children and even whistle to get their attention. I highly recommend this unit for adults and adults with children. There is a huge open lobby area just outside the unit. My kids had a blast pretending to ride horses all around the lobby. We will be staying in this unit again.

Thank you so much for staying with us. I am glad you found our condo to be everything you expected and more. Please do come back in the season so you can enjoy all the great amenities. With same floor covered parking you won't have to load all your groceries and luggage on an elevator. Just walk straight in. Yes the location to the pool is wonderful and make watching your children a breeze however you will probably be enjoying the wonderful pool yourself. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the fabulous view while you relax after a sunny beach day is a definite plus. Please do come back and enjoy the summer with us.
