We had a great stay with our big group. We had 5 adults and 5 kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was a perfect Christmas get away.

Up-to-date furniture and appliances. Great views of dolphins in early morning and just before sunset. Beach access to the ocean waters that were calmer than some other places. Great spot for multiple viewings of fireworks for July 4th.

Great condo! Beautiful! Perfect location for parking! Only downside- you have to bring everything, nothing is left behind from previous guest, not even salt and pepper lol!

This property was wonderful for our group of 8. The building is nice as are the pools. The condo itself is nicely decorated and has enough seating in the living room for everyone. It is also nice that there are two king beds in two of the bedrooms and then two beds in the third bedroom. The check in process was extremely easy. We did think that our parking was included in the price of the condo, as we had been told that we could park two cars, but it turns out that was not the case. We ended up paying $130 to park three cars at the condo for 4 nights. Not too bad of a price. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The unit was great. Had all the amenities you would want for a great vacation. The only negative I would say is the floors were fairly dirty we all had black feet if we were barefoot. Other than that, it was great

This is the best stocked condo we've ever stayed in! They had an ice cream scoop! Plenty of cooking/grilling options. The communication with the owners was easy and they replied very quickly with the one question I had. Home was clean and well maintained. We will be back!

The decor and furniture was very nice and we really liked the art work. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a family of 9 (4 adults, 13, 11, 9,7,5 year olds) and it was big enough to fit us and have some space. The property was great. The condo was not too high or too low. Great view of the ocean and it was well upkept. I’d highly recommend

The only issue was our interaction with the property on an issue with the fridge. The fridge did not cool properly so we had to use the freezer and the issue was just dismissed. It could have been handled better, but other than that the stay was great and we loved the condo!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo. When you called 4 hours after check in to complain about the refrigerator I asked you to give it time as you were putting new food into a empty refrigerator. I did come by the next morning to make sure the refrigerator was cooling properly and you had it packed so full that a sheet on notebook paper would not fit in the refrigerator. I told you to take out some of the six packs of drinks and put them either in a cooler or just put some in at a time. Like I explained the refrigerator cannot go from empty to ice cold in a few hours. The temperature was fine when I checked it in the morning after check in so as I tried explaining to you the night before do not pack it so very full until it has a chance to cool off all the new food. I'm sorry you felt I was not handling this correctly but when you over pack a empty refrigerator it take 24-36 hours to cool everything off. I do not know how to handle this any differently than I did. I came by at your request and showed you why you had it overpacked and needed to give it time to catch up. You did not need to use the freezer as the refrigerator was working properly and the next guests have had no issue with the refrigerator at all. Just do not overpack it and it will work cool a whole lot faster. 10 six packs of drinks will take a while to get cold.

Had a great stay with my family. I've stayed at a lot of properties all along Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, and this is my new favorite. Parking wasn't an issue at all, the unit was clean and spacious, and the amenities were great. My daughter loved the lazy river. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back.

I surprised my hubby for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! The unit was beautiful and so was the view. We had a friend that wanted to come down for his actual birthday and there was plenty of room for him and his girlfriend to stay comfortably. We didn't want to leave. Great stay in Orange Beach. Pam made the check-in/out process easy, and communicated regularly to make sure we enjoyed our visit. The condo was nice and spacious. We enjoyed the numerous rocking chairs (especially good for the baby!). The view of the ocean was amazing! Would highly recommend.

We loved every minute of our stay! The kids spent hours at the beach, then the pool and lazy river, then the hot tubs. My teens really enjoyed the fitness center. The condo was perfect!

We had a great time staying here. Property is on the beach and we spent more time in the outdoor pool, lazy river, water slide, indoor pool, and Jacuzzi. Kids loved it and we loved it too cause we didn't have to get out of the property :)

We stay at the pheonix west 2 every summer this particular room was one of the cleanest and well kept we have ever stayed everything was well kept and updated kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking essentials! close to a parking garage door made it easy for loading and unloading luggage and grocery overall we had a blast and were so happy with our accommodations!
