Posted on 4/4/2024 ### Most beautiful condo (5/5 stars) This condo is the most beautifully furnished place we've ever stayed, and we've been coming to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for many years. It was super clean. The lazy river is very relaxing. It's close to many restaurants and attractions. This is a corner unit on the west end, so the balcony was huge, and the sunsets were amazing. We will definitely book this again on any future trips! - Anonymous Posted on 10/14/2023 ### Most beautiful condo (5/5 stars) This condo is the most beautifully furnished place we’ve ever stayed, and we’ve been coming to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for many years. Also there weren't enough face towels in for each room. But overall everything was nice. Everything working well. Great views of the ocean. Only slight complaint would be the seating area in the living room. The sectional was a little difficult for an elderly member of our group to get comfortable on and sit up from. Otherwise, no problems at all. Very convenient to parking with the parking deck at that 8th floor which is a huge benefit to not have to wait for an elevator when moving in and out. Would definitely stay here again. - Anonymous Posted on 5/31/2022 ### Lovely beach stay (5/5 stars) Very nice and spacious. Everything working well. Great views of the ocean. The view from the balcony was fabulous. The beds were soft and luxurious. Sadly, the furniture in the living room, dining room and on the balcony was not. I must add, that we gals are all over 70. Therefore, younger folks might not have a problem with hard and saggy furniture. - Anonymous Posted on 5/19/2022 ### Orange Beach Gathering (5/5 stars) Renting the property was an extremely easy process. We were looking for a beach spot to celebrate my granddaughters Bday, Mother's Day, and my Daughter and Son in law's wedding anniversary. Everything was amazing! - Raquel H. (5/5 stars) I booked this condo for a family vacation to Orange Beach. It was my husband and I, both of my sons, my son’s wife and 11 month old daughter and my parents. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The condo is just beautiful! The location was great! The layout of the condo was perfect and all the rooms and bedrooms had plenty of room! We were all so very satisfied and had a great time! Everyone was very pleased with my selection of this condo and so was I! Thank you so much! - Donnell B. Posted on 5/20/2021 ### Amazing! (5/5 stars) We had such a great time at this property. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated...It felt like home. We would definitely book here again. - Verified traveler Posted on 5/7/2021 ### Great experience (5/5 stars) Great - Nikki W. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was plenty of room for 11 people and my nephew and step son could not stop talking about how beautiful the condo was. The indoor pool was t only amenity available but we were able to go at several different times and still have fun as a family. I do wish the sauna and the hot tubs were open but overall our stay was great! My only suggestion for the condo is to include some pot holders. - Christie R. Posted on 12/26/2020 ### Great condo! (5/5 stars) We had a fabulous time! The condo was amazing! So clean & so much space for our group of 10. Only bummer - it rained 2 days. And the indoor pool was closed during it. - Sherry M. Posted on 8/10/2020 ### Beautiful condo. Great location in the complex (5/5 stars) Beautiful condo. Great floor location as you can park on same level as the condo (not available if on upper floors). Comfortable beds. We've stayed in many condos at Phoenix West II and this one was one of our favorites. - Julie W. Posted on 10/31/2019 ### Vacation experience (5/5 stars) We would rent this facility again and again and again. Wonderful vacation here. - Wendi B. Posted on 9/26/2019 ### Phoenix West II Unit 801 (5/5 stars) Very good condition West End Unit with awesome view. Strange that kitchen has no cutting board and bar has no martini glasses. Be aware there are no free parking passes with this unit. You should inquire of VRBO about the VRBO rental fee in addition to the fee charged by Liquid Life Rental agent. I receive a surprise charge on my credit card from VRBO after I paid the full rental fee to the Liquid Life rental agent. Will not use VRBO again. - Ronald D. Posted on 9/24/2019 ### Great Family Vacation (5/5 stars) Our family of 7 adults and 4 children (ages 3 to 13) stayed in this condo over Labor Day. The views from the main area in the condo were spectacular, the balcony was over-sized, and you can conveniently park on the 8th floor (the same floor as the condo). The bedrooms were on the smaller side, with the exception of the master bedroom, which was large. However, each bedroom had it's own smaller balcony and it's own bathroom, which was very convenient. The unit had two ACs, one for the master bedroom in the back and another for the other bedrooms and common areas. The AC for the master did not work properly the first night, and as soon as we called, maintenance came to fix it (it just needed to be reset). The wait for the elevators was not bad at all this year. The lazy river, slide, and indoor and outdoor pools are great for the children! Check in and check out were easy - our room was available early for us. The only minor thing that may need improvement was that we did not find the kitchen was well-stocked. For example, there was not an oven mitt, there was nothing to bake in (such as corningware), no serving platters or bowls, only a few options for tupperware, no measuring spoons and only a few measuring cups. These were minor issues and these items may not be important to all families, but we stay in and cook frequently while on beach vacations. No need to leave when you have such a beautiful condo to relax in! Overall, the trip was fabulous and we would most definitely rent this condo again. - Vivian P. Posted on 9/17/2019 ### Great Condo, Perfect family vacation (5/5 stars) Condo was even better than the pictures. Plenty of room - Keith G. Posted on 8/19/2019 ### Excellent location (5/5 stars) The property was great! Location perfect and the pictures does not do the place justice, this place is perfect and spacious! Top notch appliances. - Ashley M. Posted on 7/16/2019 ### Great Stay! (5/5 stars) Great stay! HOWEVER, the wait at the elevators are very, very extensive at times.... And the Dish TV was patchy at times.... even with perfect weather.... - MELVIN H. Posted on 6/18/2019 ### Great place! (5/5 stars) Our family loved the condo. It was spacious and very very nice. Would definitely recommend this place to a large family! - Jeremy H. Posted on 10/1/2018 ### Great place. So much more than we expected. Will for sure book again. (5/5 stars) The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. The condo was on a floor with the Parking garage making loading/unloading a breeze. Would recommend to my friends. - Amanda L. Posted on 8/10/2018 ### Family birthday celebration (5/5 stars) It was awesome. The condo was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had an excellent time and look forward to visiting again! - Monique C. Posted on 8/10/2018 ### Amazing!! (5/5 stars) This condo was outstanding! We had 7 adults and 5 kids and never once felt cramped. The outdoor patio was huge and had the best view of the ocean! It was a real treat to wakeuo and watch the dolphins from the balcony. They would show up between 7 and 8 every morning. When we arrived, the toilet was leaking. The maintenance staff and cleaning service responded so quickly! We were very impressed. This condo has it all. 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 2 pullout cots, sofa bed (we didnt end up using this), plenty of seating inside and outside, separate ice machine, keurig, blender, tv in bedrooms, splash pad, indoor & outdoor pool, lazy river, awesome slide, and an amazing beach. Wish we were still there! - Courtney Y. Posted on 8/1/2018 ### Amazing!! (5/5 stars) This condo was outstanding! We had 7 adults and 5 kids and never once felt cramped.
