The couple in the King Suite, said the walk in shower should have more holders for soap, shampoo, etc, or at least a hanging caddy over the door? They also said it needed grab bars. The couches were ok, but rather have more reclining sofas, and we did not know until last day or so, the rockers were reclining, because the button is down in the cushion. When we did find it, there were 3-4 bugs in the reclining footrest. Need some simple 1-3 steps to start the television. The chair rentals take up an excessive amount of space even though they were mostly filled. This causes the non-rentals have to squeeze in tighter. The room was great as advertized. With the exception of the recliner chairs. One was broken and would not recline. And the one that would recline, my wife had trouble keeping it reclined as it would keep going down. This was a big problem as wife being disabled needs a good recliner to relax. When we select a room for rental. A recliner is the primary item we look for for her comfort.The phone and internet service were not good. Posted on 9/1/2020 ### Wonderful Father's Day vacation (5/5 stars) We had a fabulous time staying in Phoenix West II unit 808 for 3 nights. Everything was as advertised and so spacious. We brought our own cleaning supplies, but did not have to use them because the unit was spotless. Check in was quick, and check out was a click on a link on my phone. We loved the parking on our floor, so easy to unload all our stuff and things we didn't need right away could be left in the cars for quick retrieval later. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Loved the pools and Lazy River. 3 bedrooms, 4 full baths was perfect for our group of 9 (5 adults, 4 children) The washer/dryer came in handy. We washed our laundry the last night and took home mostly clean clothes. I could go on, but you get the idea. We will be back. - Gwen R. We had her great grandmother, her grandmother, mother and her so 4 generations. The condo was fabulous. Perfect for our stay which included aunt and cousins also. Weather was beautiful, cold but gorgeous. We shopped and had some fabulous meals along with some great times and fun.
