The balcony has the most perfect view of the beach! This condo also has easy and convenient access to the beach, pool, and other amenities. It was very clean, looked just like the pictures, and had all of the listed amenities. I would recommend bringing extra blankets, beach towels, beach chairs/items. There is a very detailed guidebook that is provided before your trip that lists what items that are recommended you bring, along with lots of other good information to know about the condo and surrounding area. This is my second stay at The Palms and i will be back. Easy to find, easy to park, easy to access... this property is kept so clean!!! Those ladies are washing the lobbys all the time. Due to its smaller size if you rent chairs you usually get on the water or at most in a second row.verses the massive condo next door that will have rows and rows of chairs.
