The unit is spacious, cheery decor, wonderful views, very clean, and perfect for what we needed. In-unit laundry was great. Direct access to the beach is a big plus too, and within walking distance of Starbucks and other shopping. Note that the dishwasher and laundry soap they provided are only for two loads. Plan ahead and get more if needed because Liquid Life does not restock these during your stay. Once I showed them the email I received my second parking pass free. It was a great location. We enjoyed our stay, but some of the appliances are out of date and could be updated. If you plan on staying here, do not put food in the refrigerator for the first day and a half. It will not get cold for at least 14 to 18 hours. The three bedroom/ three bathroom condo provided plenty of room for all of us. The layout was great. We enjoyed the wrap-around deck. The beach is just beautiful - perfect, white, powdery sand and clean water. Our in-laws spent $4 thousand more than we did for the condo resort next door - and we shared the same beach! Everything pictured was just as it is when we arrived. We each had our own bedroom and bath which is a first for us. The condo is very spacious with beautiful colors, flooring, amenities and a huge balcony overlooking the gulf. The wrap-around balcony ran the full length of the condo from the front of the building to the back - all private. I've never seen such a great floor plan where each bedroom had private balcony access.Palms 316 inspired me to hurry up and get our own vacation home built as soon as possible. We definitely recommend this unit and Liquid Life for their timely assistance and provisions for reservations, check-in, and being readily available to help with any needs. It is the second year we have and plan to keep coming back. It’s not too crowded and it’s right on the beach with a pool. It’s close to a lot of great restaurants. The only thing we wish would have been included was the one extra parking pass for a three room condo and a set of beach chairs. We came down last year and stayed a couple stories us and received two parking passes and a set of beach chairs so it was kind of a bummer those weren’t included in this rental when it was with the same company. I still give our stay a 10 out of 10 because the condo was great with a great location! - Jennifer C. I was fortunate to find a three bedroom three bath unit to meet my families needs at The Palms. It worked out well. The kitchen had every pan/appliance we needed. The pools were open.
