There is a reason for that. We always find the condo to be spotless. All appliances and furnishings are stylish and are in working order. It was great as all gates and doors used codes so all 4 of us could come and go whenever we wanted. The beach was wonderful. It takes no time to get from the condo to the beach. It was great watching the sunrise from the balcony. There are plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. We had an issue with the faucet and they sent a maintenance person the same day. We were able to walk to 3 restaurants and drive quickly to several others, so the location is perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, but take them at their word that you need to bring extra toilet paper and blankets. If you stay more then a few days with multiple people, make sure and bring more toilet paper.
