The condo was easily accessible to trash shoot, stairs and the elevator. The elevator was a huge surprise, as we have stayed in many places along the coast and had to wait for awhile to be able to use the elevator, which is why I now try to book lower level units that will allow me to carry our things and use the stairs. WE NEVER HAD TO WAIT FOR THE ELEVATOR!! Also this unit had a working ice maker, you dont always see that, it was a huge bonus for our family. The patio ares was a great size and the furniture was enjoyable for morning coffee and evening drinks. We were able to see dolphins, the pirate ship and fireworks from the patio.We enjoyed the location of the condo as it was easy to get to great food and attractions. We can not wait to return. The condo was 10 minutes from the main field the boys played on. Condo was nice. Clean. The bedroom could use some blackout curtains. At night with the security lights outside the room is filled with light. Even with the blinds. Kids loved the pool. I loved that it wasn’t a busy place. It is so nice to wake up in the mornings and simply walk out to the beach without having to worrying about driving, parking and hauling all your items back and forth. The bathroom / shower seems to be the most updated thing in the unit. Overall we liked this place for the price, ocean view and location. It was easy to check in, get into the unit. Highly suggest going to The Shrimp Basket across the street for lunch or dinner one night! Suggestions: The room really needs blinds!!! The light from the outside hall light just peers into the room. Although the mattress in the bedroom is comfortable, it really is just 2 twin beds pushed together. Leave an extra roll of TP for longer stays (4+ nights). We hadn’t been to the beach in over 10 years & my children ages 5 & 7 had never been. This condo was beautiful with a good view, easy access, & accessories you needed in the kitchen. There was only 1 of trash bags, paper towels & toilet paper so we reached out to the owners who responded very promptly to let us know we would need to get any extra needed on our own. The facility was perfect because at sundown the kids got chilled so they had the heated indoor pool & hot tub. They also had a large outdoor pool & then an easy walkway to the beach. It was a quite area with access to multiple little shops, restaurants, & Walmart. I would suggest to the owner to check out the porch light, the bulb was out. The big clock in the living room needs new batteries or is broken, we weren’t sure. Other than that, the stay was wonderful & we have suggested it to multiple people & would visit again! - Jana F. Although this condo accommodates up to 6, I would recommend no more than 4 (2 adults, 2 small children). Condo was very clean and had a beautiful ocean view and was also very quiet. Building has its own beach access, and makes for a very short walk to the beach. Only negative for this condo was the porch furniture. The porch chairs were either broken or lacked seat cushions.
