My husband and I have stayed in several condos at Tidewater, and 408 is by far the BEST! Everything was clean and fresh; the jacuzzi tub is large and wonderful after a long day on the beach. I would suggest a good cleaning for that couch and pillows. Kitchen was sufficient. I do feel like things could have been cleaner.
