The master room bed was so so comfortable. The balcony was stunning. The hot tub was serviced daily. Only minor complaint..the furniture in the living room was not as pictured and at my age and two fusions I look at pictures to make sure it is comfortable. I walked in the condo and thought I was in the wrong one. We used the lazy river and the pool as well as the beach. Most relaxing vacation we have ever had. Thank you!! - Kim Posted on 8/29/2026 ### (5/5 stars) - Ashton Posted on 6/24/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Excellent experience - Clint Posted on 5/26/2026 ### (5/5 stars) - asedf d. The amenities were plentiful which made the stay a great value. Everything we needed was supplied and we truly enjoyed the décor of this particular unit. There were a couple of things they can tweak or replace to make this property 100% and I will send those to property manager. These will definitely not stop us from a return trip to this unit. Looking forward to our next trip to Orange Beach!!! - Anonymous Posted on 8/19/2024 ### Great place for our family vacation! (5/5 stars) . - Jennifer Posted on 7/27/2024 ### Great trip for daughters birthday (5/5 stars) This was a great condo for my daughter’s birthday party. I took her and several of her friends for a long weekend. They had a great time and I was able to relax. - Rhonda Posted on 6/12/2024 ### Spring Break 2024 (5/5 stars) Great location & plenty of space. Hot tub on patio was an excellent bonus. Definitely would stay there again. Only bad thing I would say is that the carpets could use a steam cleaning. - John Posted on 4/2/2024 ### Almost perfect...almost (5/5 stars) We have been staying at Turquoise Place for several years now and have loved each stay. We loved this one too and rated it a 5/5, but I have one request - please update your photos of the current furniture setup. A minor issue for us was the lack of the recliners shown in the original photos. We chose this particular unit for two reasons. One, I loved the bold, colorful decor but second and most importantly for me at that time, was that it had recliners. Imagine my disappointment when we arrived to find that the recliners were no more. The place was still lovely and the new furniture itself was comfortable for most everyone. It was just that I had a medical issue with my knee that required keeping it at a certain angle for comfort and a recliner allowed for that. So not having a recliner meant it was a little more difficult to totally relax during our stay. So please update your photos so that others can see what they are getting. - Alanna Posted on 2/6/2024 ### making Memories (5/5 stars) Family Friendly - Anonymous Posted on 10/16/2022 ### ! The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location. Loved workout facility, lazy river, and the outdoor pools. Loved there was a daily/weekly beach rental right in front of building on the beach for lounge chairs and beach umbrellas. Negatives about this particular unit, 1. The auto ignition lighter gas grill didn't work and maintenace couldn't fix it. 2. Mold in master shower. Needs extra attention on grout. 3. Two bedrooms without windows very dark. Lighting in those rooms very dark and gloomy. 4. Master bedroom mattress needs replaced. Very soft with little support along with all the bed pillows. If those items were addressed would rent that unit again. Overall, great location for activity, restaurants, shopping. Property management staff were awesome on site and also after hours staff via phone contact. - Pamela W. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy, because we had great instructions. We received a text when the room was ready. The condo was clean, very satisfied with my stay. The only thing I didn't like was that the jacuzzi tub on the balcony had too much chlorine in it. But I was able to go the indoor hot tub and enjoy myself. We traveled in April. The weather was warm, but windy. So we didn't get in the water on beach, red flags were up on the beach. - A guest from New Orleans, La Posted on 5/10/2022 ### Suffield (5/5 stars) Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Excellent location. Posted on 8/30/2018 ### Love the condo, beautifully decorated yet comfortable (5/5 stars) I would rent this property again. 11 am check out would have been nice. 10am is a little early. The cleaning lady was there too early. I felt rushed though she was nice. I left food in the freezer because I was waiting until ready to leave to take it out, though rushed at 9:30. The microwave was not working but we were brought a replacement 2 hours after reported. The hot tub (which was a deciding factor for choosing the rental ) needed attention and we were only able to enjoy it for 2 days. It was not covered and the water level was low when we arrived, it was not hot. It took 2 different people to come service it. That took all day. Then after it was worked on by the staff it took another day until it was able to be used. That was disappointing. Liquid life staff very nice about the problems we reported. I do not think Turquoise staff reported problems timely to the maintenance staff. The power reclining sofa stopped working which was just bad timing for us. Power components eventually wear out. I would recommend renting the condo, it is absolutely beautiful. Decor is gorgeous and comfortable. I hope to rent again. - Beverly M. Posted on 4/15/2018 ### WOW! That is the best way to say it! (5/5 stars) Stay there if at all possible. Outstanding! - Todd Posted on 12/1/2017 ### Luxury condo. (5/5 stars) This condo had every amenity you would need. - Susan Posted on 9/5/2017 ### Sooo happy! Most beautiful place we have stayed (5/5 stars) Went for anniversary weekend, wanted great balcony so I didn't feel guilty by staying in the room and relaxing. It was perfect! Balcony, bedrooms, kitchen, decor, all amazing. Cant wait to come back with the kids. Also loved having carpet in the bedroom. Almost unheard of at the beach. Beds were nice and comfy. Living space allowed for amazing views of the ocean. Several days my husband would wake early and sit at kitchen table and work while looking out at the ocean. Balcony has great seating. I took a wonderful Saturday afternoon catnap curled up on the sofa and also enjoyed the hot tub out there. I would recommend this place to any and all people. Looking forward to visiting more often. - Christy Posted on 8/23/2017 ### Our family truly enjoyed our time at The Turquoise Place. (5/5 stars) The condo itself contributed to our pleasant stay. The unique decorating even down to small details in this condo are stunning. All the choices for swimming helped when rain moved in. Each night the jacuzzi was great for winding down. The facility was kept clean and staff was always friendly and helpful. Word of advice...always cover the jacuzzi after using so the temperature will remain warm. We were not told this and it took a while to warm back up. The rooms and condo is very sound proof. I would recommend this condo to rent. We would love to know a way to contact the owners to let them know how much we loved their taste in decorating and plan to rent this unit in the future. Belinda and Jeff - Belinda Posted on 6/13/2017
