Clean, fully equipped, fun and beautiful! - Carrie Posted on 8/31/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Absolutely beautiful & very spacious. I had some questions for the host prior to our trip, then we had a few issues when checking in (no wifi, no hot water in kitchen) & I initially sent messages to the host through Airbnb with no response. However, I contacted them via email & got a quick response & maintenance was there soon after & all our issues were addressed. We arrived on a Saturday & check-in time was absolutely chaos - lines at the elevators & no carts available. Our groceries were delivered to us shortly after arriving which was very convenient!!The amenities at this place are outstanding - indoor pools, lazy river, water slide, splash pad, private hot tub on the balcony. The condo was very comfortable with so much space! I would recommend putting plastic dishes in the kitchen, maybe some plastic cups & plastic plates for kids - all dishes were glass, so we purchased our own during the trip. Overall, it was a great trip & beautiful condo! Thanks for having us! - Whitney Posted on 7/15/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Everything was great! Private Hot tub closed about 24 hrs before out check out, so that was a bit of a bummer for our final night but overall we had a fantastic time. - Emily Posted on 3/12/2026 ### (5/5 stars) - Morgan G. My favorite part was the private hot tub on the balcony. So nice to sit in peace to hear the waves below as the sun sets and outside temp dropped. Property was full of families like ours. Plenty of activities and pools on site for our kids to explore. We will certainly be open to staying here again in the future. - Christy Posted on 4/7/2025 ### Would highly recommend!!! (5/5 stars) Amazing condo, responsive host. When we arrived there were no towels. Contacted host, and within 2 hours, two bags of towels were brought up. Property was clean, front desk was helpful. Overall, this was a 5 star vacation!!! - Verified traveler Posted on 10/20/2024 ### Excellent Stay (5/5 stars) Wonderful property! - Rick G. Posted on 9/3/2024 ### A perfect stay!! We were a family with adults and toddlers/infants and everyone was accommodated and had plenty of things to do. We will definitely be back! - Anonymous Posted on 8/26/2024 ### Great Family Getaway (5/5 stars) We loved our stay at Turquoise Place. That could almost be expected. We watched the fire show with kids and had someone from a balcony we think accidentally dropped a camera stick in the reserve cabana area, it didn't hit anyone. Then the other balcony was pouring beer off on to pageants and kids. Security was informed and this should be addressed. - Anonymous Posted on 8/11/2024 ### Beautiful resort (5/5 stars) Had a great time restaurant was overpriced on drinks. - Anonymous Posted on 8/1/2024 ### Beautiful resort (5/5 stars) Had a great time restaurant was overpriced on drinks. - Ginger Posted on 8/1/2024 ### Wonderful location (5/5 stars) Wonderful location with so many things conveniently located at the condo to do!! Highly recommend staying here!! - Amanda Posted on 6/3/2024 ### Family Spring Break (5/5 stars) The condo and property were very nice. The condo was even better than pictured, very spacious and accommodating for us. We would return to the Turquoise and this condo. One recommendation we would make: The check in process was later than expected and without the ability to get on the property early. Check in is 4pm and we did not get notified until 4:20. It would be nice to offer access/ a day pass to the outside amenities, as we had paid up front for the condo. These Iowa kids were ready for some beach time! - Shelley Posted on 3/31/2024 ### Great condo (5/5 stars) Enjoyed the stay. Kitchen with lots of equipment for cooking meals. - Kaylee Posted on 3/27/2024 ### Nice place (5/5 stars) The condo was clean and spacious for our adult family of five. The hot tub on the balcony was used daily. The grill on the balcony also was nice to have to cook in when we had a long beach day. I would highly recommend this Turqoise Place condo. - Anonymous Posted on 11/13/2023 ### Nice place (5/5 stars) The condo was clean and spacious for our adult family of five. Pros:Spacious condo - very luxurious Balcony view of beachHot tub balconyGrill on balcony Master bed mattress so comfortableCons: Nothing! Neutral side note: jacuzzi tub wasn't working as they were waiting on a part to fix it - we were notified ahead of time which we appreciated and in no way did this affected our stay negatively. We also were texted from management to check on our stay- this was great feature! Made it it easy to send maintenance requests via text. We placed request for the grill - they came up that day and provided us a way to get it to light. Additionally placed a request for the vent not working in kitchen - they came up and had it working later that same day - Anonymous Posted on 9/22/2023 ### Relaxing (5/5 stars) Nice and clean - Anonymous Posted on 9/8/2023 ### Love - absolutely recommend (5/5 stars) We loved this condo and enjoyed our stay! The only thing I have to mention is the cleanliness of the guest tub. After turning on the jets, I noticed a lot of black mold floating around in my bath water that had come out of the jets. The tub definitely needs a deep clean. - Anonymous Posted on 5/24/2022 ### Annual Anniversary Beachtime Vaca! (5/5 stars) Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful.
