From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy.The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, but it was also perfect for coming together for family dinners and game nights. The hot tub on the balcony became part of our nightly routine, and relaxing in it while listening to the waves was one of our favorite parts of the trip.The views were absolutely beautiful, and being just steps from the beach made everything so convenient. The pool was always clean and clear, and the staff around the property were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.The location was another big plus. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do, so we never had to drive far.Overall, this was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, relaxing, and in a great location, I can’t recommend this condo enough. We stayed for 4 nights. There was PLENTY of space for everyone and the view from the balcony of the 28th floor was breathtaking. The kids loved all the amenities the condo had to offer (outdoor pools, indoor pools, and playground). The condo was very clean. We only had a few issues during our stay. All the beds in every bedroom were quite worn, uncomfortable, and very noisy. The vent hood in the kitchen kept turning off. Because of this, the smoke alarm would go off. This happened twice before we notified liquid life. They put in a work order and the issue was resolved quickly. However one issue that was never resolved was the hot tub on the balcony. When we first arrived we noticed the hot tub was very murky. We asked if someone could come out to take a look at it. They sent someone the next day. The gentleman added chemicals and tried to run the hot tub. However, he said something was wrong with the motor and he said they would have to send out a mechanic to check it out. So the next day, the mechanic came and he said that it just needs more water. They would send someone else out to add more water. Later in the day, the man that was supposed to add more water said according to the schedule, the water should have been replaced the second day we were there. But that never happened. He said that would have to send someone else out to drain the water the next day. No one ever came to drain the water. And it was our last night of vacation. So unfortunately, we never got to enjoy the private hot tub on the balcony. I think the hot tub incident was a lot of miscommunication. But other than that, everything was great! That nice thing about these units is that they're large - we accommodated 22 for dinner in one unit one night. I'd say the furnishings in the other unit were just a little bit better - but that's splitting hairs - they both are great. The building seems to still be recovering from the hurricane last summer and isn't fully staffed after Covid, so things like having one of the elevators out of service slowed things down a little. But overall, it’s the third time I’ve stayed at Turquoise in the past 5 years and it didn’t disappoint - and the second time I've been through both of these management companies. - George H. I chose this property based on the views and the pool options for my grandchildren. Disappointment that the weather was too cold for the lazy river however our views of the ocean was fabulous! One negative to mention was there were Australian man awar washing up on the beach in front of the condo. We were unaware of this issue because the appropriate flags were not present.
