I picked this place to keep them busy and give them privacy. They loved the hot tub on the balcony, gym, easy beach access, their own bathroom and TV, coffee at the tiki hut, and lazy river. I was happy to see they had beach chairs to use. Everyone was so helpful and nice! Condo was spacious and very clean. Such a nice place. Hope to stay here again!! - Whitney Posted on 3/14/2025 ### Beautiful property! (5/5 stars) This property was perfect in every way! IF the hot tub is working. Everything was perfect except the hot tub did not work. My boyfriend works out of the country, so our time is very limited. He came in for a quick visit. After searching several places and looking over the forecast that called for rain, the hot tub was the key feature that made me choose this condo over several beautiful ones at cheaper rates. I called maintenance the first day, and they came promptly. The next day, the response was sorry the part we need is in China, and it is out of our hands. If I had known that I would have chosen a different condo or complex. It was very frustrating to have paid for an amenity that was not available. Other than that, I have no complaints at all. The place was beautiful, management responded quickly. I would recommend this condo if all featured amenities were in working order. I would suggest management make sure everything is working before renting the condo. It was very misleading and disappointing. - Anonymous Posted on 5/5/2022 ### Spring Break Family Trip (5/5 stars) Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The accommodations include inside and outside pools, lazy river, saunas, hot tubs on your own private deck, grilling on your own private deck, easy walk to the beach, and more! The inside condo accommodations are also amazing. Room enough to enjoy your stay even for those who want to enjoy the beach but from the inside of the condo. Love this condo! - Whitney W Posted on 6/3/2019 ### Great unit, wonderful views (5/5 stars) Thus unit is HUGE. Plenty of room to spread out and really relax without feeling right on top of each other. Grilling on the balcony was so convenient and the Hot Tub on the balcony was wonderful! Spotted some dolphins and had amazing ocean views. Would definitely book again. - Hollie P. Posted on 3/15/2019 ### Great place to stay with young kids!! (5/5 stars) We had a great experience with this property. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the whole property was very clean! The only small issue was the master bedroom tv was hard to figure out how to turn on, but we always eventually got it to work so it wasn't too big of a deal. My wife and I fell in love with the shower in the master bathroom- very nice with three different sprayers! I loved the tv in there so I could watch some football while in the shower too. We have 2 small kids and this was our first time at Turqoise Place. We will definitely be back!! - Jeff B. Posted on 10/8/2016 ### Great place to stay with young kids!! Our three year old grandson loved having his own room with TWO double beds. Mom and Dad and grandparents loved having a king size bed in the other two bedrooms. Each night a different person slept with our grandson in his room in the other bed and he thought he was having a sleep over EVERY night. He kept inviting us to HIS room! He loved the pool and we had a difficult time getting him out of the water. I have already talked to Wendy about renting again next year because we have decided this will be our annual spring vacation. Thank you, Wendy, for being so gracious and allowing us to share your home. ! Everything was comfortable and relaxing. ! - Anonymous Posted on 5/30/2013 ### Great! (5/5 stars) This is our second time to rent this unit through VRBO. The owner is readily assesible by phone and e mail and immediately answers and addresses any questions or special arangements needed. Beautiful condo. Turquoise Place is awsome! Look forward to renting from this owner again and have shared this info with friends who are looking to book. The unit was as depicted in the photos and was very clean and well equiped. - Anonymous Posted on 8/8/2012 ### Awesome (5/5 stars) This was our third time to stay at Turquoise Place and it was the best yet. Between the beach, pools, lazy river, hot tub and grill there is something for all ages to enjoy. Time passes too quickly at Turquoise, we can't wait until next year. - Anonymous Posted on 7/3/2012 ### LOVED IT!! (5/5 stars) This place was wonderful. The internet photos do not come close to showing how beautiful the Turquoise Place is. We had a family with a 12 year old and shared it with a family of 5 (3 boys) and had plenty of room. The condo was clean and well furnished, though the pation furniture was where we spent all of our time. We saw dolphins from the balcony every morning and the grill came in very handy when it came to mealtime. My family loved this so much, we cannot wait until next year. We will be staying here again. - Steve C. Posted on 6/20/2011 ### We stayed here spring bre... (5/5 stars) We stayed here spring break 2009. It was an extremely comfortable condo. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony and the indoor pool because it was too cold many days to go to the beach. The Smiths are very gracious owners and we will definitely be back! - Anonymous Posted on 3/12/2010 ### We've just spent 6 days ... (5/5 stars) We've just spent 6 days at this beautiful condo. In the past, we've stayed at Caribe in 2 pent house condos which were both awesome. Turquoise is on the beach, has a lazy river, indoor & outdoor pool. This condo is spacious, beautiful, has very comfortable beds, hot tub & grill on the balcony & beautiful beach views. The owners are wonderful to work with. We WILL return!
