To purchase a 2nd pass, you must contact our office before arrival CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest. MONTHLY RENTALS The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. The condo sits right on the beach with easy access. A private balcony overlooks the pool and beach. 3 community grills are on-site, but only one was usable (2 had substantial rust on the grates). The balcony was huge and my favorite place to drink coffee every morning to watch the dolphins. The place was clean & the grounds were kept so nice as well! The pools were great, especially for little ones. One thing I will say (which is no fault of the host) I was unaware of the no tents next to the beach rule that Orange beach has. We especially loved the outdoor furniture on the balcony so we could enjoy the view in comfort. Plenty of seating for all! The condo was clean with all of the comforts of home. All appliances were in working condition, furniture was comfortable and the beds were very comfortable for a good nights sleep after a day of play. There were plenty of great restaurants in close proximity and the building was easy to access from the road. The security was very friendly and helpful.
