Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations. ------------------------------ ## Reviews ### (5/5 stars) Our group of ladies have been coming to Orange Beach for the past 13 years, and this is, by far, the best condo that we have ever stayed at! The furniture in every room was very nice and comfortable, the kitchen was thoroughly stocked, and the balcony had plenty of seating for all of us! In addition, there were so many extra little touches that were much appreciated... box fans in the bedrooms for the guests who got hot and extra blankets for those who stay cold, plenty of storage in the closets, including hangers and storage bins, both regular coffee makers and a Keurig, light blocking blinds on the windows, magnetic door stops to keep the door open when loading and unloading, a big table with drawers for crafts and puzzles and games, etc... And everything was spotless when we arrived, even the balcony! The pools and hot tub were clean and well maintained with plenty of deck chairs. The only drawback is you can not see the sunrise or sunset from the balcony. You can see the sunset from the front walkway (we were on the 7th floor). The balcony has a perfect view out to the beach. We were allowed to check in at 2pm instead of the 4pm. The walk from the pool area to the beach is one of the shortest. Will continue to use this condo if it's available when we go down. We felt like extra time and attention was taken to be sure the floors, counters, bathrooms, and linens were impeccably clean! The balcony was huge and awesome. Master bath was very pretty with plenty of counter space. There was seemingly endless hot water, which can be an issue when you have multiple guests needing to shower. We never ran out. We had a couple issues of cleanliness when we arrived, but a phone call to Liquid Life resulted in a cleaning crew there in 2 hours. The complaint was handled quickly and efficiently!! The stay was wonderful despite some rainy weather. The unit was roomy enough for all of us to spread out to read, play games, nap, chat, prepare food, etc. The balcony was especially well furnished and the main reason I booked this unit. We spent much time out there enjoying watching the waves. Secondly was the configuration of beds for a group of adults. No one was interested in a bunk bed. Pool water was nice and warm all week! Hot tub and indoor pool was nice when you needed a break from the sun. The gym was super small and only had a few things on there. You only get one parking pass. It cost almost $50 for an extra one. The property is 100% smoke free so if you are traveling with smokers there is a small area for smokers at the front of the complex or you would have to go the beach.The condo does say it can sleep 10 but I wouldn’t recommend it. It would be a super tight fit unless you really utilize the space and everyone hangs out in different parts of the condo or you just simply are using it for a place to sleep. Grocery store is only a quick 5 minute drive with some shops within walking distance.
